Clarification
Sorry about that, with all my story telling I didn't really clarify Wes' drivers that well, so here goes...
The neurologist has given his OK for Wes to drive with Class 1's. We handed his report in to MPIC and they will evaluate the doctor's recommendation. If MPIC says that everything is alright at their end as well then they will send a registered letter reinstating his license.
The doctor suggested that MPIC may decide to wait with reinstating them until after his April 21st MRI, but he didn't know anything for sure. MPIC still has the option to withhold his drivers if they don't agree with the doctor, so basically it is a waiting game. We don't know how long the process will all take since we are still dealing with a government run corporation and we keep thinking that it took them six months to cancel them. But, we were also told that it could take up to a year to see a neurologist and we got an appointment a week later, so I'm not making any guesses on time lines.
But, you can be assured that if the letter comes stating that the license has been reinstated it will come up on this blog as quickly as possible!!
We were very relieved that the appointment with the neurologist went so well. It's like I said to someone a while ago, we hit the mountains head on, God carries us up and over, but we are faced with another mountain, so we never ever let go of God's hand because our need for His intervention never stops. There's no way we can survive in this mountain range we call life on our own!
